What happens when I clock out?

Short answer
The shift goes for approval as soon as you tap Clock out. There is no extra step. You see Sent for approval on the screen, and your manager can now review the shift.
What happens next
- The shift shows as Awaiting approval until a manager has decided.
- Once approved, it shows as Approved and is locked. A later change can only be made as a correction with a reason.
- If it is rejected, it shows as Rejected, with the manager's reason. Correct the times under Week and send them again.
Follow the status under Today and Week in the menu. Your manager's decisions also appear under Updates.
If you have no signal
The tap is kept on your phone and sent when the connection is back. The shift goes for approval when the tap arrives, but the end time is the moment you tapped.
If something is wrong, open Week, choose Correct time entry next to the shift and give a reason. The original is kept, and the correction goes for approval.
