If a paid service is ever offered
It will be optional and will only start after your written acceptance. Nothing moves to payment on its own, there is no setup fee and no commitment, and Free does not change because of it.
A DPA for every customer
The data processing agreement (DPA) is available to every customer, including companies on Free. You do not need a company agreement to get it.

There is nothing to cancel on Free and no commitment. At any time, an admin can use Export all company data to download a ZIP with one CSV file per list: employees, time entries, schedule, time off and the audit trail.
Free has no charge, so there is no VAT. If a paid price is ever introduced, it will be shown excluding VAT and announced before it applies.
