Terms of service for Regsta workforce and work-time compliance SaaS platform.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Regsta SaaS platform operated by Keyton ApS (CVR: 44299863, Aalborg, Denmark). Regsta provides digital workforce time tracking and compliance documentation in accordance with EU Directive 2003/88/EC and national statutory requirements.
Regsta Free is provided free of charge for up to 10 active employees without time limit. No payment card is required at sign-up, and Free accounts will never automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Optional Pro (25 DKK / ~$3.60 per employee/month) and Enterprise plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time via the self-service Stripe Customer Portal with no lock-in periods or setup fees.
The Customer acts as Data Controller for all employee and work-time records entered into the platform. Keyton ApS acts strictly as a Data Processor pursuant to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
In compliance with labor laws, all timestamps, manager approvals, and manual correction reasons are recorded in an append-only, tamper-evident audit ledger.
In the event of account closure or suspension, the customer retains permanent read-only access to download and export historical statutory compliance records to fulfill statutory retention requirements (5 years).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, with the District Court of Aalborg (Retten i Aalborg) as the agreed venue of first instance.
