Evidence basis: The employee records start, pause, resume and finish from a phone. The encrypted offline queue retains ordered actions and replays stable event identifiers. The office reviews plan versus actual time, approves and exports the final record.
Boundary: Regsta documents working time. It does not record routes or GPS positions.
Many short or staggered shifts must remain simple for employees and coherent for the office.
Evidence basis: Managers publish employee-specific shifts that remain visible across web and native apps. Availability, absence and bounded announcements keep operational changes explicit. Employee clock actions, manager approval and export preserve one reviewable record.
Boundary: Regsta is not payroll or task management. Approved hours leave through neutral exports.
Teams move between sites while each working day must still be explainable afterwards.
Evidence basis: A configured retrospective window permits reasoned manual registration without hiding its source. Corrections create linked versions and preserve the original registration. Approval and inspection exports connect recorded hours to their decision history.
